Friday night was the big bon voyage party at Amy's place in Brookline.  Amy and Matt were awesome hosts and put out quite a spread.  The Maroney sisters treated us to two of their fantastic made-from-scratch cakes.  The jury is still out on which one was better   Jimmy kicked off the Tom and Anna roast with a very lovely story of cape exploits.  We'll get him back eventually.  We had a fantastic time and thank everybody for the great night!

So on Saturday night we headed up to Essex with Amy, Chris, Ben, Jim and Kath for Shannon and Mike's east coast reception.  Such a blast.  Got to see a lot of folks, including "downtown Sheena Brown" that I hadn't seen since Umass.  Anna and I cut a little rug before we had to split to go to Moretti's crazy halloween party.  That was a crazy good time as usual and we of course stayed over for a nice spread with 'monkey bread' the next day.
