I found my new favorite Winery.  First, a little background information... my roommate Jimmy gave me a gift certificate to this restaurant called the Common Man in New Hampshire.  One night we went to dinner and he, Kathy and I shared a fantastic bottle of Fife Zinfandel (from Mendocino).  I've looked for it and only found it in two stores, the NH State Liquor store and then a place in Colorado we found a few weeks ago. 

Anyway, on the way from Anna's grandparent's in Mendocino to her mom's place we happened to drive by the Fife winery.  How bout that.  We tasted about ten different wines (for free)... some Zinfandel, some Cabs (the Franc was nice), some Syrah, and even got to taste a barrel sample from their latest batch of Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.  Anyway, the wines were good so check em out if you like... www.fifevineyards.com.   We bought some of their Syrah and Redhead Zinfandel. 

Oh, for any other wine types out there we had this bottle of Cline Zinfandel from Trader Joe's... the 05 is under ten bucks but it's really good.
