Come Down Here! Ahora!!

ISLA MUJERES - Okay, so I was going to start a yahoo discussion group about this but it was too complicated... and the beach and margaritas are too close. So, I figured I´d post this entry, throw a link to it on the main page (on the left down near the bottom, called ¨come visit¨ and i figured we could post info on where we are in comments, and folks who want to come down could post questions or say what their plans are too. Sound good?
Ok, so here´s our tentative schedule. We´re not in a hurry to get out of here, but we figure we`ll be here in Isla Mujeres for the rest of the week, spend a week or so going to Chichin Itza, las Playas (and Cozumel) and then a week in Tulum... basically getting to Belize the first of the year. We´ll spend Jan there, then a few weeks in Guatemala, a month in Honduras, a month in Nicaragua, and the last month (mid april to mid may) in Costa Rica. Then we´re off to Bahamas for Jay´s wedding and then back to boston for a couple weeks before the next leg of the trip.
So, these times are general, but if anybody wants to come down and knows for sure that say, they have a week to visit someplace in march, we can be in either Honduras or Nicaragua (both are great, check lonely planet web site). and there´s flexibility, but our general direction will be south. Now start booking some tickets!
