CAYE CAULKER - Sorry folks it's been a while since I did any updates... I suppose I was just too busy being lazy.  So Anna Joff and I spent most of New Year's eve at Sea Beez with the proprietors Chuck and Bonnie and some of their guests.  Then we headed downtown to ring in the new year properly.  It was a little lively to say the least... folks were blowing off fireworks on every street corner, it's like a national sport and I'm amazed that the kids down here have as many fingers as they do.  Here's a shot of us at the Barrier Reef Sports bar doing it up right... we haven't been drinking much as far as you know.

These are the folks that were staying next to us at Ignacio's.  He's a Welsh guy and she's a Swede... they are currently living in Cardiff, which for those with geography skills as poor as mine is the capital of Wales.  Know what the Wales flag looks like?  I didn't either.

We planned to hang around in Caye Caulker for 3 night or so but ended up staying for 10.  It was that relaxing!  but alas we finally decided to get a move on and head to San Ignacio for a few days before crossing into Guatemala.
